What we do
The Denbar Group consists of businesses, products and services that invest in a variety of income producing assets. These range from real estate to software products. The commonality between these is that we get recurring income from a single investment with almost no incremental costs.
History
1985 Steve C. started Denbar when in college as part-time small business book-keeping business.
1991 Started investing in real estate and other assets as a part-time 'hobby' while keeping his 'real job'..
1997 - Denbar Enterprises formally incorporated when Steve founded Denbar Consulting which focused on IT and web based product development.
- Steve started working on the business full time.
- Business grew to 65 employees with offices in
2002 Sold the IT consulting part of the business.
Steve left the day to day management to other partners but continues to hold a controlling interest in the company.
2005 Consolidated various activities of our different entities under the Denbar Group umbrella.
Because of the nature of our assets and businesses model, we still need to have many separate legal entities, but we eliminate some redundancy by this consolidating.
